Navy Drug Screening Laboratory

CA Construction performed this 25,000 square foot tenant improvement for the United States Navy involving demolition of all the interior walls and building systems, leaving only the building shell after demolition. CA Construction worked closely with the architectural team in designing and building this project featuring a complete interior build out, security systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire sprinkler, backup generators, refrigeration, liquid nitrogen systems, emergency exhaust ventilation and minor exterior grading.
