City of Perris Council Chambers
This multi-phase renovation project involved the complete remodel, historical preservation and fire restoration of a historic building in downtown Perris. The original date of construction for the Council Chambers building was 1907. Over the years the building housed the police department, jail facilities and city administrative offices.
The building now features historically relevant architectural design, new custom millwork, custom wood doors/windows, state-of-the-art multi-media systems, new flooring, roofing, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. In addition, CA Construction also performed a complete structural retrofit which included a new truss system, foundation underpinning, structural steel and wood framing.
