The Tamale Factory
CA Construction built an award winning three story commercial building in downtown Riverside that houses The Tamale Factory on its ground floor. The Tamale Factory build out was approximately 3,400 square feet of which CA Construction designed and built in its entirety. The restaurant includes a commercial kitchen, restrooms, dining area, outdoor patio and alley. The CA Construction team managed every phase of this project from design and building construction to commercial appliance selection and all the finishing touches.
